INTRODUCTION


The Sunday School Program continues to be an important and active part of our church ministry. It is our intention that the children will grow in their faith and love of Jesus Christ. Providing a safe environment for the children, with their well being as one of our main priorities.


We are blessed by the continued commitment of the teachers and helpers and these include:

Nursery Teachers (2 years old to Kinder): Karen, Jhayne, Racquel, Ruth
Beginners Teachers (Prep to Grade 3): Eden Joy, Clarissa, Tess, Pauline
Primary Teachers (Grade 4 to Grade 6): Kate, Ton Ton, Jenny
Youth Teachers (High School): Dane, Ingrid, Gabby
Helpers throughout the year: Anna, Shirley

GENERAL UPDATE
Shown below is the general update for the Sunday School committee for 2018:

  • The children sang song for the Annual Church Anniversary Service on 25 February 2018

  • The children will present a song and poem for Easter Sunday (1 April 2018), Mother’s day (13 May 2018) and Father’s day (2 September 2018).

  • Rehearsals for the Annual Christmas Pageant will commence in October 2018 and it is anticipated that the Pageant will occur on Sunday 16 December 2018.

  • School holiday activities for the children are arranged during the term breaks.

  • Junior Worship (mini church) is held last Sunday of every month.

  • Suggested Training/Mentoring for the those involved in the ministry

  • We would welcome others to also be part of the Sunday School ministry
