St Albans Uniting Church

OUR CHURCH

 

The St Albans Uniting Church is a growing, spirit-filled multicultural congregation committed to following the way of our Lord Jesus Christ.

People have been worshipping at our location since 1912. Firstly as a Presbyterian congregation and then from 1977 as a congregation of the Uniting Church​ in Australia which is the result of the union of three traditions - Congregational, Methodist, and Presbyterian.

And as the community has changed so has the character of this congregation. Today the membership of our congregation includes many from the wider Filipino community as well as many from other cultures.

Our Mission Includes:

• Reaching out and sharing the good news of God's love and gift of salvation with others.

• Nurturing the faith of all our members and equipping them to be disciples of Christ.

• Being sensitive and responsive in both word and deed to the needs of the marginalised in our society.
